A curtain and soft furnishings manufacturer working with luxury hotels, the build to rent (BTR) market, student accommodation, and cruise ships is hiring a Project Coordinator.

The Company
A soft furnishings manufacturer who provides curtains, blinds, and other textiles to luxury hotels, the build to rent market, student accommodation, and cruise ships. They’ve had a big boost in business with many projects in the pipeline and are expanding their Project team. They are recruiting for an additional Project Coordinator to join the team and coordinate projects from initial brief/quote to installation sign-off.
The Role
1. Supporting the field-based Project Manager, providing office-side support on client accounts to manage projects through the process from initial brief, quote, site survey, install, and sign-off.
2. Calculating costs from specifications, preparing quotes, sending samples, and sourcing alternative fabrics.
3. Placing orders for raw materials, finished goods, and services – accurate order inputting on in-house software.
4. Liaising with the production team to ensure deadlines are met.
5. Liaising with contractors and site managers to arrange site surveys and installation teams, providing all relevant paperwork.
6. Liaising with installation teams to ensure they have the correct products and materials for installations.
7. Ensuring jobs are processed and completed according to install schedules.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Assistant, Sales Support, Sales Admin, or in a similar role within Curtains, Blinds, Contract Textiles, Soft Furnishings, Window Treatments, or Shading.
