A client based in the Bristol area is recruiting for an Administrator - This vacancy requires
experience of working within the financial sector. This position is paying a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
Main purpose:
To provide administrative support to the advisers and Directors.
Reports to:
The Administration Manager
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Provide general admin support to include:
Preparing documents including client agreements, letters of authority and other documents.
Dealing with letters, emails and phone calls from clients and 3rd parties
Complex case implementation
Managing and maintaining confidential client information to include:
Opening client files on Office 365 and Intelligent Office.
