A growing business based in the South East is looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join its team within the BC or ERP SaaS sector. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and business growth through strong relationship management. This is most definitely a sales orientated role. You will serve as their primary point of contact, addressing customer needs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. You will be the voice of the customer within the business.

Your responsibilities as Commercial Account Manager:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
Respond to and address their enquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Arrange regular customer account reviews and advise the most effective approach to achieve their goals, challenges and expectations.
Develop relationship and communication plans for each account.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling additional products or services, expansion and other contract opportunities.
