Job Description
* Define the annual customer marketing plan, objectives, and goals
* Work with the Customer Excellence + Account Management sales teams to plan strategic campaigns to engage and retain customers, promote loyalty and advocacy, and drive revenue growth
* Create email promotions, social media adverts, presentations, and product information designed specifically for our customer base
* Enhance engagement among the existing customer base by promoting the full SD Worx suite of offerings, services, and the latest product features and releases
* Own our testimonial and case study library, liaising with the Central Marketing team to update the Customer Story section of our website and ensuring we have a continuous pipeline of customer references
* Ensure effective management and tracking of customer reference status, preferences, activities, and measurable impact
* Increase the number of actively engaged customer references to drive advocacy and visibility in the marketplace
As a Customer Marketing Lead, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams, including Customer Excellence, Account Management, Portfolio, SD Worx Academy, and PALs Teams.
