Job Title: Working Supervisor Location: Burton on Trent Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time Working hours: 40 hours per week annualised, 0700 - 1630 Monday to Friday 32 weeks then 20 weeks 0730 - 1600 4 day week. Salary: £27,000-£28,000 DOE About the role We are looking for a dedicated Working Supervisor to join our team in Burton on Trent. Providing support to operational teams, you will be the vital link between management and operatives on the ground as well as having a hands-on approach to deliver quality customer focussed Grounds Maintenance service across the region. Supporting the Trent & Dove contract teams, this position will be 50% Supervision and 50% working on the tools, supporting with frequencies, specifications and quality of works control while also monitoring Health and Safety. Requirements Previous experience as a Working Supervisor, Team Leader, or equivalent transferable skills, with a proven track record of supervising employees in a busy environment A professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively Able to effectively deploy resource including labour, transport, plants & equipment (and ensure all are maintained to a good standard). Full clean UK Driving Licence and IT literacy are essential. PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates advantageous Physically fit & able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Why join us?
