Role: Sales Administrator (Part Time)
Salary: £16,916.90 p/a
Location: Lacock, Wiltshire
Working Hours: 09.00am - 14.30pm, Monday - Friday
Stonegate Farmers Ltd are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Commercial division based in our Head office in Lacock, Wiltshire. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide accurate administrative support to the sales team, whilst also providing excellent customer service to our range of customers from major retailers to mainstream food service outlets.

Established in 1926 and under new ownership since 2016, we have grown into one of the largest free-range and organic egg producers within the UK.
Moving millions of mother nature's most fragile food items every day takes finesse and know-how. We work closely with our producers to collect, grade and package each individual egg. We deliver daily from hen houses right across the country to the most exclusive restaurants and to many of the UK's leading supermarkets, together with first-class egg products to some of the biggest names in food manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Taking orders on a daily basis and subsequently processing these through JD Edwards.
2. Ensuring all deliveries receive back POD's and then document these correctly.
3. Inputting orders received via email and amending orders as required.
4. Managing and maintaining our existing customer base through the efficient resolution of customer queries/questions, escalating these where necessary.
5. Investigating POD deliveries with accounts.
6. Liaising with our transport department regarding times to book deliveries in and the booking of third-party transport as required.
7. Liaising with the Finance department where necessary to ensure all debtors are followed up.
8. Other ad hoc duties as required.
Person Specification:

3. Excellent telephone manner.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Good administration skills.
6. Structured and methodical approach to work.
Qualifications / Experience:
1. Proven experience in a high-volume administration role.
2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
3. Knowledge of JD Edwards (Desirable).
4. Previous exposure to a Food Production / FMCG / Manufacturing environment (Desirable).
