What you will be doing: Interacting with new and existing customers and suppliers to provide the best possible service via phone and email. Working with other departments to find the solutions to customer queries Providing updates on orders and maintaining internal systems Organising logistics including imports and large deliveries Ad hoc customer service and admin tasks You will need the following skills and experience: Fantastic communication skills both verbally and written Self-starting and highly motivated to do a fantastic job Some experience within administration, customer service or transferable skills Able to work independently and as part of a team.
