Job Description
UK Services business are looking to hire an Interim Payroll Manager asap for a 6 month interim period, reporting to the Corporate Leadership. The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with a combination of remote working and regular time spent in their central London office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Run a complex payroll for head office and consultancy staff
* Work closely with outsourcing partner on any payroll related matters
* Advise Finance and HR leadership on any payroll process change required
* Support integration of payroll processes for new business acquisitions
Candidate Profile:
* Experience Payroll Manager
* Proven project management experience
* Strong systems and data interrogation skills
* Hands-on and ability to work strategically
