The Role: Join a small, successful team of social specialists with the goal to manage and grow H&B's social community. You'll do this in 2 ways. 1) By working with our agency partners to create best-in-class assets. 2) By concepting, storyboarding and scripting product, wellness and trend-focused social media assets. This is a fun and fast-paced role that requires a strong knowledge of social media trends, channels and formats; the creativity to spin social concepts to meet marketing objectives; sparkling copy and the ability to understand data to optimise what you are doing. Ideally you will have worked in a wellness or health brand before, but that's not essential. Key Accountabilities: Create & Concept: Develop innovative social content ideas aligned with brand objectives. Write & Storyboard: Craft compelling copy, scripts, and social-first storytelling. Lead Projects: Brief agencies, internal teams, and influencers, ensuring top-tier content. Analyse & Optimise: Report on social performance, interpreting data to improve strategy. Multi-Platform Expertise: Manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond. Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends to keep our content fresh. Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and even present in social media assets when needed. Engage & Manage: Some light-touch community management as required. Location: Hybrid – Minimum 2 days presence in the office, 1 day in Nuneaton (CV10 7RH) and 1 day in either Nuneaton or London. The Person: Key Requirements: Previous experience in professional social media (brand or agency). Strong copywriting skills – from captions to video scripts. A deep understanding of social media insights and analytics. Experience briefing creative teams and providing constructive feedback. A strategic mindset with the ability to balance brand values, creativity, and engagement. Excellent organisation and communication skills. A passion for marketing, brands, and storytelling.
