Overheating Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in energ7y modelling and the built environment to join one of the UKs largest Sustainability Consultancy. The successful candidate will join their team as an Overheating Specialist and work on various projects across the construction and non-residential industries.
An Overheating Specialist will be responsible for:
1. Using IES software to conduct thermal modelling, overheating, and thermal comfort analysis
2. Carry out Overheating and Part O assessments
3. Undertake energy assessments, statements, and modelling improvements for planning, whilst ensuring building designs are complying with Part L
The ideal Overheating Specialist will have:
4. Relevant experience within a sustainability consultant role, with demonstratable experience with overheating analysis.
5. An educational background within energy and sustainability
6. Experience and competency with IES for overheating analysis that includes TM59 and TM52
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
8. It would be advantageous to be knowledgeable of UK building standards and regulations such as Part L
