We are a small group of independent pubs, with a strong focus on seasonal and local produce with a daily changing menu, with everything made from scratch. We are on the lookout for someone enthusiastic and determined, with good focus, to work in busy services and prep shifts. You will also gain experience in managing food stock, preparing ingredients, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. A love of good, locally sourced food and knowledge of seasonal ingredients is appreciated. There is potential for training to progress further up the kitchen team for the right person who has a passion for good food.
