Salary: £85 - £100 Per day - In line with permanent staff after 12 weeks.

Protocol Education are currently working with a range of mainstream primary schools in Newham who are looking for passionate Graduates to work with children with Autism, ADHD and MLD.
Your role will be working on a 1-1 basis with a specific student to support them within the mainstream classroom. You will be responsible for following the child's EHCP and feeding back to the SENDCO and parents of the child.
This role would be ideal for those considering a career in teaching and looking for vital experience before starting their teaching career.

Job Duties:
1. Supporting the lead teacher in delivering lessons and activities
2. Assisting with classroom management and student supervision
3. Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
4. Preparing and organising educational materials
5. Assessing student performance and providing feedback
Required Qualifications:
6. A degree in a creative subject such as Drama, Music, Theatre etc.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Passion for working with children and helping them achieve academic success
Working Conditions:
9. Working hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
10. Classroom-based role with potential for outdoor activities
11. May involve standing for long periods and occasional lifting of educational materials
12. Working in schools local to Newham
