Wherever you're currently working, Nuffield Health is where you'll excel. As the UK's largest Healthcare Charity, we can offer you a unique opportunity to feel valued, free from constraints and able to grow your career, while you're helping us offer the highest standards of care. It starts here. It starts with you.
As a Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our Taunton Hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC or HCPC. You bring a passion for high standards, a meticulous eye for detail, and post-registration experience. You're a focused, flexible, and motivated team worker.
As a Theatre Practitioner, you will:
1. Work with some of the best in the field.
2. Enjoy a varied caseload.
3. Put your communication skills to work.
4. Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities.
5. Supervise, support, and develop junior members of the team.
6. Shape patient experiences that are always clinically effective, evidence-based, and appropriate.
Helping you feel good.
We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy, and valued. That's why we've developed a benefits package with you in mind. From holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, access to our Pension Scheme, and discounted gym membership at £15.00 a month.
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
