Job Description:
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be an integral part of a growing team, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. This role offers a perfect blend of business development and account management, allowing you to have ownership over your clients while driving growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for ensuring clients are correctly and adequately insured for all their insurance exposures.
2. Developing and strengthening relationships with existing clients, while identifying and securing new clients through targeted marketing and proactive outreach.
3. Own your client accounts, ensuring all policies and renewals are tailored to meet their needs. Resolve queries promptly and efficiently, while providing expert advice.
4. Collaborate with clients to create and manage renewal strategies, maximising retention and renewal success.
5. Ensure the highest standards in policy documentation, due diligence, and maintaining accurate client records.
6. Drive quality, consistency, and accuracy in all aspects of the sales and retention process.
Experience:
1. A minimum of 3 years commercial insurance knowledge.
2. Prior experience within a similar role and able to demonstrate new business wins.
3. Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and manage a diverse workload while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
4. Strong communication skills with a knack for developing face-to-face and business-to-business relationships.
5. Experience across a range of classes of business with non-motor being preferable but not essential.
Qualifications:
CII insurance qualification desirable but not essential.
