Delivery Consultant \n\nBase salary of £24k + monthly performance-based bonus after training period\n\nLiverpool, hybrid working after training period\n\nAs a Delivery Consultant for Brook Street, your day-to-day will be quite busy, so being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment is a must. You'll handle admin tasks, complaints, and enquiries, whilst dealing with our lovely clients, ensuring we are providing seamless service to them. You'll work closely with other departments such as compliance and also undertake onboarding of candidates.\n\nAbout the role:\n\nCo-ordinating responses to ad-hoc contract issues\nSustain existing client relationships and provide customer service\nProvide HR support\nManage shared inbox\nCoordinate staff members\nResolve issues\nRespond to enquiries\nEnsure the timely completion of relevant paperwork in line with company, client and legislative requirements including referencing of applicants\nComplying with the company's Business Ethics and standards of excellence.\nAlways uphold Brook Street's brand profile through the effective management of both clients and applicants\nEnsure adherence to personal activity and revenue targetsExperience/Skills required\n\nCustomer focused\nAdaptable and able to deliver to tight deadlines\nA strong work ethic and hunger to learn\nAmbition, drive, and a target-driven attitude\nFirst-class communication skills.We are proud to be Brook Street\n\nCommitted to putting people into meaningful work, we are proud to be Brook Street.
