The role
of Sales Support Assistant requires excellent written and oral communication, strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
General Administrator responsibilities:
1. Contractor onboarding which includes liaising directly with the contractor and obtaining references and credit checks, issuing contracts and providing ongoing assistance where required
2. Onboarding clients and issuing welcome packs
3. Responsibility for all data compliance within the business
4. Data Entry onto our CRM
5. Producing weekly reporting and data to the team
6. Generating reporting
7. Reviewing processes and implementing changes
Essential:
8. Have a strong attention to detail.
9. Highly computer literate.
10. Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
11. Excellent prioritisation and time management skills to balance key priorities.
12. Be a quick learner who enjoys a challenge and is looking to grow your career with an exciting company.
13. Be passionate, work well under pressure and be driven by achieving objectives.
14. Evidence of being a team player.
15. Be energetic, determined, positive, goal focused and consistent-even under pressure.
16. Be reliable.
17. Be able to build trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances.
Desirable
18. Understand data inputting and sales administrative processes & procedures.
19. Have previous experience of reporting and customer service.
20. Have practical experience of a CRM Database software.
