Responsibilities:
* Provide clerical and administrative support as required.
* Cover lunch and holiday periods.
* Assist in maintaining documentation for Company/Regulatory Compliance.
* Operate the Main Weighbridge and manage duties related to Raw Material Intakes.
* Support the QC department by organizing samples, performing in-house analysis, and completing swabs.
* Perform duties related to Covid SD Marshalling.
* Assist with audit preparation and completion.
* Provide weekend cover on a rota basis.
* Ensure all deadlines are met.
* General office duties including word processing, completing spreadsheets, filing, photocopying, directing visitors, and updating notice boards.
* Handle telephone enquiries and pass messages to relevant managers.
* Perform any other duties as required.
Qualifications:
* Educated to secondary school level.
* Excellent communication skills.
* IT literate with proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Previous clerical experience.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
* Experience in a quality/technical setting is desirable.
