This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to make a positive impact in the lives of clients and contribute to a dynamic team.\n\nRole & Responsibilities:\n\nAs a First Response Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the customer journey. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nSetting up new claims and accurately inputting relevant data into our case management system.\nMaking outbound calls to potential clients to advocate for our services and gather additional information regarding their compensation claims.\nLogging detailed and accurate records of all calls and interactions.\nEstablishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public.\nPerforming all duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with regulations.\nMaintaining regular, consistent, and professional attendance and punctuality.Candidate Requirements & Attributes:\n\nWe are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualities:\n\nPrevious inbound and outbound customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential.\nExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and IT literacy.\nA strong understanding of client care and the importance of maintaining good client relations.\nA team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach to work.\nThe ability to communicate effectively at all levels.\nA demonstrated commitment to the firm's core values through professional behaviour.Why Join Us?\n\nJoining our client means becoming part of a supportive and dynamic team that values your input and development.
