Empowering Excellence to Drive Innovation and Customer Success
As a Cyber Security Product and Services executive, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendor products and services, stay informed on technological advancements, and articulate the value of vendor technology to internal teams and customers. In this role, you will be required to achieve and maintain sales and technical certifications while collaborating across the business to support customer needs and ensure the fundamentals of vendor propositions are upheld.
As a Cyber Security Product & Services Executive, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vendor products and services, including technological advancements
* Be able to articulate the value of vendor technology to internal teams and customers
* Achieving and maintaining sales and technical certifications and keep updating them regularly
* Managing and nurturing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborating with vendors and Softcat to identify customer opportunities and analyse market trends
* Engaging with sales teams and customers to demonstrate vendor technologies and provide tailored solutions
We'd love you to have
* Knowledge and understanding of Vendor technology would be advantageous
* Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain these with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to obtain relevant sales and technical certifications
* Collaborative with a proactive mindset
* Attention to detail and prioritisation of task
