Job Description
* Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers in line with company policies and procedures.
* Support and facilitate staff training and development initiatives.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure they are fair and effective.
* Manage employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
* Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal requirements.
* Support and advise on performance management processes.
* Participate in the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field - desirable
* Solid knowledge of Employee Relations, HR functions and best practices.
* Excellent ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
* Experience with HR software and HR metrics.
* Strong ethical standards and a high level of personal integrity.
