Our client are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Real Estate Agent to lead, motivate, and drive success within the Real Estate deals-making division. This role involves managing existing client inquiries, developing and executing sales strategies across key international markets (UK, EU, UAE), and fostering strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication and problem solving skills, capable of driving high performance within a team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management: Define clear, measurable goals for the sales team that align with company objectives and growth targets. Lead by example, modelling professionalism, ethical behaviour, and a commitment to results.Hold regular team meetings to track progress, overcome challenges, and prioritise key initiatives.Mentor and support team members, fostering continuous improvement in performance and skill development. Cultivate a positive, high-performance culture through recognition and motivation.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet revenue and growth goals in diverse markets (UK, EU, UAE).Oversee lead generation, client acquisition, and conversion processes to ensure strong pipeline development and successful closings.Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Ensure all sales activities comply with local and international legal and ethical standards.
Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders. Provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth process for buying, selling, or leasing properties.Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Performance & Team Development: Set and track performance goals for individual team members, offering regular feedback and coaching to foster growth. Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans for underperforming team members. Offer ongoing training and professional development opportunities to ensure the team remains current on market trends, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements. Recognise individual and team achievements to drive morale and motivation.
Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously analyse sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and new opportunities.Solve operational challenges and remove obstacles from the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Make data-driven decisions to align team efforts with overall company objectives and market demands.
Task Delegation & Resource Management: Assign tasks based on team members strengths and skills, ensuring optimal performance and task completion.Ensure deadlines are met, and sales tasks (e.g., property listings, market analysis) are completed to a high standard.Adapt priorities to changing market conditions or evolving company goals.
Collaboration & Team Cohesion: Foster a collaborative work environment where knowledge-sharing and teamwork are prioritised.Organise team-building activities to strengthen relationships and enhance communication within the team.
Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyse, and report on key sales metrics, presenting regular updates to senior management.Use data insights to inform strategy adjustments and drive continuous improvement in sales performance.
Qualifications/Experience
Proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of real estate markets in the UK, EU, and UAE, including regulations and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
Strong financial and budgeting skills.
