Customer Service - Swansea - Immediate start
Your new company
This organisation is seeking some temporary customer support administrators to join their team whilst they are going through a busy period.
Your new role
You will be uploading customer information sent in via email or letter onto the in-house system, ensuring all information is correct and that no information is missing. You will also be responding to customers and chasing any outstanding information needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous customer service experience, preferably within the finance industry.- Effective telephone and negotiation skills in both written and verbal.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able and willing to take ownership of problems and resolve them to a satisfactory conclusion within a predetermined time-frame.
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time, temporary role based in Swansea. This is a temporary role for 3 months with the potential of a possible extension. You will receive a salary of £12 - £13 based on your prior experience.
