Ocean Infinity is seeking a Change Manager. The Change Manager at Ocean Infinity is an experienced, proactive, and self-motivated professional responsible for managing the change process within the organisation. This role is critical in ensuring the successful and seamless implementation of change initiatives across Ocean Infinity. The Change Manager will develop and execute strategies that minimise disruption, enhance effectiveness, and support continuous improvement. They will collaborate with key stakeholders, lead change efforts, and advocate for a culture of innovation and operational excellence. What you will do: Develop and execute comprehensive change management initiatives, aligning with Ocean Infinity’s vision, values, and goals; Assess the impact of proposed changes across the organisation and design change management plans that anticipate and address the needs and concerns of stakeholders; Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their active engagement and ownership throughout the change process; Foster strong relationships with team members, leadership, and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration; Collaborate closely with the Internal Communication Specialist to create and implement clear and consistent communication plans that keep all stakeholders informed about change initiatives and progress; Develop training programmes and materials to support employees in understanding and adapting to change initiatives; Take full ownership of the end-to-end change initiative lifecycle—from planning through execution—working collaboratively with the Transformation Office and Programme Managers; Continuously monitor and track change implementation, proactively identifying and addressing risks, resistance, and roadblocks; Measure and assess the success of change initiatives through data, feedback, and performance metrics; Advocate for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to refine change management processes, applying lessons learned, and fostering a culture of adaptability across the organisation. Who you are: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in leading and managing change initiatives within complex, dynamic organisations; Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple, simultaneous change projects, delivering results on time and within scope; Expert in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process), with the ability to adapt strategies to fit Ocean Infinity’s unique needs; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels; Strong analytical mindset, able to anticipate challenges, solve problems creatively, and make data-driven decisions; Experience with training and development initiatives to support change efforts; A forward-thinking, action orientated mindset with the ability to work both as a team and independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Desirable: Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, Certified Change Management Professional); Experience working in global or technology-driven organisations. Salary for this position: Up to £65,000 per annum Salary : The salary varies for this position as we are recruiting in multiple regional locations and job grades. The salary process is based on skills, abilities, and experience required.
