Job Title: Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide individualised and group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects Assess student's learning needs and develop personalised tutoring plans Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring techniques as needed Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers regarding student progress Prepare and deliver engaging tutoring sessions that promote student learning and understanding Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a tutor or teacher Strong knowledge of the subject(s) being taught Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to tailor tutoring techniques to meet individual student needs Education: Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area Experience: Prior experience in tutoring or teaching roles Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in the subject matter being taught Effective communication and listening skills Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field Experience working with diverse student populations Working Conditions: The tutor will work in an educational setting, providing tutoring services to students. The working hours will be part-time, and the tutor may need to travel to different locations to conduct tutoring sessions.
