An opportunity has arisen to join our industry-leading team as a Partnerships Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our partnerships marketing campaigns.
In this role you’ll support the Partnerships team in the implementation and delivery of campaign marketing activity which will include producing campaign reports.
We need someone who is an excellent communicator and relationship builder who can make meaningful connections with our supplier partners and internal teams.
Some UK and overseas travel may be required.
Key Tasks:
* Work closely with the partnerships and marketing teams, internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the smooth running of campaigns.
* Act as the ‘go between’ for the partner and marketing team for campaign sign-off.
* Share partner assets with the marketing team to ensure relevant partner branding, content and messages are communicated.
* Campaign reporting including ROI, partner wrap-up packs and sales KPIs.
* Issue partner invoices.
* Develop strong partner relationships and build on these to agree partnerships to ensure maximum opportunity is realised.
* Liaise with partners on a regular basis to keep them up to date with campaign activity.
* Manage all partner call centre and agent incentives.
* Assist in the organisation and delivery of sponsored events.
* Take ownership of ground marketing proposals to support the partnerships marketing income.
To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
* Previous experience in a business environment.
* An understanding of the principles of marketing, the creative process and project management.
* A solid knowledge of English grammar and able to present ideas in a clear and concise way, both verbally and in writing.
* Comfortable using reporting systems to extract data and input into presentation templates.
* Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
* Strong organisation and planning skills and able to work to tight deadlines.
Desirable:
* Knowledge / experience of the travel industry.
* Previous experience working to sales targets.
