Position: Behaviour Support ManagerHours: 35 Hours per week (Term Time Only)Salary: Grade 7Pro Rata: £22,151 - £24,425 (under 5 years service)Pro Rata: £22,538 - £24,852 (over 5 years service)The Governing Body of Idris Davies School 3-18 are looking to recruit a passionate and committed member of staff to join our Pastoral and Wellbeing Team, as a Behaviour Support Manager, who will take responsibility for, and lead, our internal exclusion provision, Ready to Learn. You will be joining an outstanding team of staff, who were highlighted in our recent Estyn inspection as being a significant strength of the school providing excellent provision across all aspects of their work.
The team comprises of friendly, enthusiastic and engaging teaching and non teaching members of staff, wholly committed to securing the best academic and personal development outcomes for young people and ensuring that we are achieving our vision of providing 'every pupil, every opportunity, everyday'.The school is fully committed to the successful candidate`s professional development and will provide all relevant training as required.
