As Oversight Analyst you will be responsible for the ongoing oversight and monitoring of the services provided by the various Transfer Agency & Pension Administration service providers appointed by WMUK. You will work with and support the Oversight Manager and Assistant Manager. This role is based on a hybrid basis in the Leeds City Centre office. Key Accountability's & Responsibilities Strategic Focus · Oversee and monitor the comprehensive range of activities performed by the various service providers appointed by WMUK. Ensure that key regulatory deliverables (as set out in the annual schedule of services) are met. Operational Management · Log, track, and undertake analysis of Breaches and Complaints to identify trends, risks, process improvements or areas of concerns. · Assist, track, and monitor issues and queries to identify risk, process improvements or areas of concern. · Assist the TA Oversight Team with Risk Mitigation and Preventative Actions analysis to identify trends which will feed into the Annual Due Diligence reviews. · Assist the TA Oversight Team on Audit & Due Diligence reviews of our delegated service providers. · Assist the TA Oversight Team in documenting the Service Level Agreements with our delegated Transfer Agents and Pension Administrator, tracking changes on an ongoing basis. · Review fund information provided by the WMUK Product Governance team, ensuring it translates into operational requirements. · Assist, working alongside the Product Delivery Team, with change events which impact LFS Funds. This involves oversight of the process from proposal, build and through to implementation in accordance with existing TA & Pension Admin operating models. · Work in collaboration with the TA leadership team to ensure operational readiness ahead of relevant changes in line with the appropriate runbook, thereby ensuring a successful outcome. · Help track key performance indicators with our various service providers appointed by WMUK. People Leadership · Develop and maintain professional relationships with all Stakeholders including the Outsourced Providers and other professional bodies. Governance & Risk · Assist the TA Oversight Assistance Manager on ISAE Control checks & Control Assessments · Assist the TA Oversight Assistant Manager on quarterly Control Self-Assessments · Support and attend, Third-Party Monitoring visit programmes in conjunction with the Third-Party Monitoring Team · Assist with MI reporting as necessary to support the various meetings and groups that form part of the WMUK governance arrangements. · Assist the TA Oversight Manager in tracking/monitoring operational, regulatory or policy changes. Engage and work with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of the new requirement with the relevant Transfer Agency or Pension Administrator. · Assist the TA Assistant Oversight Manager in providing regular status updates on Fund, Regulatory & Policy changes to TA Oversight Manager by way of Transition Dashboard clearly articulating current state and obstacles hindering progress. · To maintain up to date knowledge of regulatory & industry best practice, and where appropriate review & consider the impact of, but not limited to, regulatory changes on the business and the services provided by the Transfer Agents. Experience & Personal Attributes · Experience in Transfer Agency and/or a Pension Administration business · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal · An initiative-taking approach to problem solving & strong attention to detail. · Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) · Ability to interact across all levels. · Proven ability to operate independently, delivery focused with ability to work to tight deadlines. · Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · Relevant regulatory exams (e.g., IOC)
