Keltbray Infrastructure Services Ltd are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator within our Rail Business unit based at our Head Office in Crewe, Cheshire.
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will have expertise in the prequalification and approval process of various aspects of supply chain. The role's primary task is to manage the supply chain database within COINS Supply Chain Management module, onboarding process of suppliers/subcontractors – PQQ process and compliance checks. You will be responsible for everything from the commencement to the completion.
Tasks & Duties:
Primary
1. PQQ process for new suppliers and subcontractors
2. Credit Checks for supply chain partners
3. Insurance Checks for supply chain partners
4. Setting up New Suppliers/Subcontractors in COINS
Secondary
1. Carry out cost analysis as required
2. Provide general support to buyers and wider Procurement Team
3. Suppliers Spend Report as required
4. Power BI Reporting
Qualifications & Training
Essential:
1. Familiarity with procurement software and tools
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proven experience within supply chain management environment
4. Experience in dealing with End-to-End onboarding process
5. Capable of working under pressure
Desirable:
1. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills
2. Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Package
3. Background in construction
4. Experience in general administration
5. Reporting including KPIs
