As a Sister/Charge Nurse in the Oncology department, you will:
Lead a team of experienced SACT nurses and Healthcare Assistants.

The ideal candidate for the Sister/Charge Nurse role will have:
Current NMC Nurse registration.
Extensive experience in the Cancer/Oncology specialty.
SACT competency.
Evidence of continual professional development.
Previous management experience or training.
