HR Administrator - Aylesbury
Pertemps Aylesbury are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our client within the Social Care industry based in Aylesbury.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 pm
Salary: up to £27,000 (DOE)
Duties:
* Supporting on the full recruitment lifecycle from start to end, providing administration support
* Screening CVs effectively to ensure criteria are met
* Booking interviews, as well as handling all candidate communications
* Working closely with senior management to continually improve processes
* Organise staff training and development and manage the training matrix.
* Manage directors' diaries
Requirements:
* Previous HR support experience
* Great communications skills
* Computer literate and confident in using Microsoft Packages
* Ability to manage multiple projects
