Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee a multiple fire stopping project in Nottingham. This project is expected to run for 4 weeks, with potential for long term work and is due to start on Wednesday 12th March.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a team of trades and labourers, ensuring they are working productively and to a high standard.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
* Maintain project timelines, budgets, and manage any on-site challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* SMSTS
* Driving Licence
* Asbestos Awareness
* Joinery/Carpentry background
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
