We are looking for a motivated and well-organised candidate to help deliver our property lettings service. The team at Comfort Estates are committed to genuinely adding value to clients in all aspects of property letting and management and we are looking for someone who shares our focus on quality of service.
Please note for this role a minimum of 2 years experience is required; those with no experience can apply for the similar entry level role of trainee lettings negotiator/ assistant lettings negotiator.
You will be expected to:
* Progress tenancy applications, book and carry out viewings, valuation requests and property take-ons and greet clients at our office;
* Draft marketing details for property adverts;
* Manage diary appointments and deal proactively with incoming phone and email enquiries;
* Prepare and manage lettings documentation and certificates;
* Assist the Lettings Manager with delivering on opportunities to generate new business;
* Carry out general office duties in support of the wider team;
* Commit to hold the vision and values of Comfort Lettings and be happy to confidently promote Comfort Lettings with honesty and integrity.
Key Skills:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills;
* Be organised and show good attention to detail;
* A flexible approach, positive attitude and willingness to adapt;
* Share our core values of integrity and a desire to deliver work to the best of your ability;
* Self motivated and ambitious;
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role;
* Preferred: The Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. If you do not have the Level 3 Award you will be expected to achieve this within your first year in the role and will receive a £1500 salary uplift on completion.
* Drivers Licence;
* Education: A Levels or equivalent.

* A competitive salary structure (dependent on experience);
* Pay bands include a £1200 contribution to parking;
* The upper pay band includes expected OTEs from our bonus scheme- approx 10% of salary;
* The pay bands for this role reflect an expectation that our Lettings Negotiators have the Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management- England and Wales. If you are an experienced Lettings Negotiator without the Level 3 Award you will receive the £1500 salary uplift once the Level 3 Award has been achieved.
