Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualifications: NVQ Level 3, CCLD, NNEB, CACHE, or equivalent. Experience: Proven experience in implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage and leading a team. Knowledge: Strong understanding of EYFS, SEN code of practice, OFSTED standards, safeguarding, and child protection. Skills: Excellent ICT, numeracy, and literacy skills.
