Futures are excited to be working with an industry-leading business who are looking to appoint a Project Coordinator to support the project managers and service engineers in their day-to-day activities!
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a support role for a manufacturing or engineering business, be highly organised and able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for customer enquiries and requests for field support
2. Book and coordinate all service-related works efficiently and to appropriate timescales
3. Developing and maintaining customer relationships by delivering a professional and conscientious service
4. Support project managers with gathering documentation on their projects
5. Ensure all downtime situations are captured, documented and passed on to the service team for rectification
6. Provide project managers and engineers with all site-specific relevant information
7. Organising the service engineers’ diaries and ensuring they have all the correct documentation to work on sites
Your Skills and Abilities:
1. Confident phone manner
2. Ability to relay information in a detailed manner
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, organisational skills, and experience working with multiple customers and internal departments simultaneously
4. Prior experience working for a manufacturing or engineering business (essential)
