About The Role Magdalene are looking to recruit a Service Support Specialist to be part of our Network Operations Centrein the UK. You will be expected to work at our HQ in St Ives, Cambridgeshire 2-3 days per week and can work the rest from home.

What will you be doing?
You will be required to work on a project for one of our esteemed customers, providing a professional level of administration and customer service. You will be providing excellent support to field engineers and third-party contractors, overseeing the maintenance program for our customers sites, and updating our ticket management system and trackers.
This role fits within Magdalenes Service Support Centre team, where the pace is fast, and work volumes can be high. You will work collaboratively with other team members in the NOC, our field engineers, as well as our customers and third-party engineers.

Whatwill your key responsibilities be?
Scheduling, monitoring, and ensuring completion of, planned maintenance visits.
Raising and closing Maintenance tickets as required using our ticket management system, Field Service Lightning, and a customer-related ticketing system.
Actively monitoring site alarms and CCTV, ensuring appropriate action is taken when an alarm is raised.
Ensuring all trackers and schedules are monitored accurately and are kept up to date, daily.
Producing, or providing data for, ad-hoc reports, as requested by NOC Management.
Working and communication with internal stakeholders.
Working with our customers to ensure new sites are transitioned to the system correctly.
Any other ad-hoc tasks which may be requested by management.
What competencies are we looking for?

The ability to manage and organise your own time effectively including prioritising urgent requirements and working to tight deadlines.
Outstanding customer service skills.

Helpful attitude and ability to use your initiative to solve tricky problems.
Computer literacy (including Excel and Outlook) is essential for this role.
