Description
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales
Enhance online customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyse online sales and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities
Update website content via the CMS
Engage in SEO implementation
Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve e-commerce operations
Produce regular reports analysing e-commerce KPIs
Keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies and propose new ideas for growthProfile
A successful E-commerce Executive should have:
A degree in Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
Experience in e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry
Proven track record engaging in social media marketing, email marketing, SEO and SEM
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving
Good understanding of customer behaviour and e-commerce trendsJob Offer
