This is a key role within the business as it serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role requires an individual who can provide professional and efficient service both internally and externally, ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house and administrative operations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing incoming and outgoing mail, including opening, scanning, and franking.
2. Providing support for Continual Professional Development (CPD) tasks.
3. Answering all incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
4. Greeting and managing visitors in a professional manner.
5. Inputting and maintaining accurate archive data.
6. Booking client records in and out of the building.
7. Recording and safeguarding client documents in accordance with procedures.
