About the Role
In this role, you will spend 60% of your time working hands-on with vehicles and 40% administering warranty claims. You will perform mechanical and electrical repairs, complex diagnostics (including EV-related work), and conduct Manufacturer-Based Services to the highest standards. This role requires a collaborative team player who can also work independently to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards.
Conduct complex diagnostics, including EV-related work.
Carry out Manufacturer-Based Services with high-quality workmanship.
Process and administer warranty claims accurately.
Maintain records for audits and warranty claims reconciliation.
Schedule warranty work efficiently within the workshop.
Support colleagues with diagnostics and repair methods.
Collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining high productivity.
The Ideal Technician
We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow. To succeed in this role, you will need:
Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to read and analyse complex data.
Knowledge of multi-brand cars and vans.
Experience with mechanical and electrical repairs, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
EV diagnostic and repair authorisation is desirable.
A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
