Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Content Assistant to join the Marketing Team, based at our Surrey estate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing team in producing high-quality brand materials, executing an insight-led content strategy, and managing marketing-related administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in content creation and design. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and editing various marketing content, including social media imagery, videos, menus, and other brand assets, working closely with the marketing team to ensure all materials align with our brand's luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely and reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist in the creation and editing of marketing content, including images, menus, brochures, and all brand materials for use across digital and print platforms.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
* Help manage influencer and content creator requests and collaborations, assisting the PR team in planning, organizing, and reporting on all stays.
* Assist in maintaining and updating content on websites and other digital platforms.
* Help manage marketing databases and filing systems, keeping content and materials easily accessible.
* Support with preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Requirements:
* A keen eye for design with basic experience in graphic design or content creation.
* Basic photography and videography skills, with an eye for capturing high-quality visuals to create content for social media channels.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
* Basic video editing skills (experience with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software is a plus).
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance creative and administrative tasks.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude, eager to support the team and contribute to marketing efforts.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in hospitality or luxury brands is a plus, but not required.
Salary: Between £25,000 PA - £28,000 PA subject to skills, experience, and qualifications plus tronc
