Nelson Permanent Placements Ltd is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the Engineering, Construction, and M&E sector. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. We work with clients across the UK and are looking for someone to help contribute to our growth.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within the Construction and M&E sector concentrating on fulfilment, screening, and placing candidates into roles.
The Duties:
1. Permanent Recruitment and placements
2. Temporary recruitment and placements
3. Managing the onboarding process from start to finish for both the client and candidates
4. Building strong, long-lasting business relationships with clients
5. Account analysing and providing expert advice to clients
6. Candidate resourcing and qualifying
7. Adding value to profitability
8. Ensuring a good working culture and positive attitude across the business
9. Ensuring all workers are legally able to work in the UK
10. Client relationship building
11. Conducting monthly client service visits
12. Managing shared business and ensuring account ownership is built and retained
13. Growing the business and ensuring profitability
14. Composing and posting of adverts
15. Generating leads
16. Qualifying the quality of workers
17. Reference checking
18. Out of hours mobile
19. Management of candidate availability pool
20. CV preparation
21. Communicating with candidates and clients
22. Data entry
23. Utilising Hitlist, leads, and dormant clients to make 10 calls a week
24. Generate new business
The Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Location: Kingstanding, Birmingham
Salary: Dependent on Experience
