About the role The Payroll and Finance administrator role plays an integral part within the finance department, reporting directly to the Payroll and People Data Manager. The role holder has responsibility for providing an efficient and effective service, ensuring the timely, accurate and confidential processing and reporting of the payroll. The role holder will undertake general finance related tasks and duties to support their finance colleagues enabling the smooth running of the department especially at key points in the financial calendar. About you This is an entry level type role possibly suited to someone starting or possibly returning to a career in finance. You will be able to demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Office suite of products including having a good understanding of the use of Excel. You will be a good communicator, using tact and discretion in your work and interactions. You will have great attention to detail, the ability to adapt to change and an interest in developing your knowledge in the field of Finance.
