About the Role
As a Domestic Assistant at Augusta House Respite Service, you'll play an important role as part of our Team. Beyond maintaining a clean and comfortable living space for our Guests, you will be paramount in enhancing their well-being and happiness too. Your work will significantly contribute to Guests’ safety, cleanliness, and overall support.
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who shares our dedication to maintaining exceptional standards. Your integral role ensures our Respite Service remains immaculate, creating an exceptional living and working environment that aligns with the quality of care we provide.
Your responsibilities encompass comprehensive cleaning tasks across both Services to include communal areas, kitchen areas, Guests’ rooms, en-suites and bathroom/shower areas. You'll perform daily deep cleaning with strict adherence to infection control protocols while prioritising Guests’ privacy and individual needs.
While prior care home experience isn't necessary, your compassionate nature and attention to detail are essential. Your commitment to fostering a clean, welcoming environment for Guests is highly valued in this role.
