Description Salary: £28,163 - £30,060 Pro rata Hours per week: 18.5 hours Interview date: Friday 15 November 2024 Reablement - Empowering Independence An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Reablement team as a Senior Allocations Officer. Our Reablement Team supports people to be as independent as possible and includes the provision of information and advice, provision of equipment and adaptations and targeted assistance from a team of support workers. As a Senior Allocations Officer, you will be responsible for allocating reablement support packages and the scheduling of support visits to customers, this will include ensuring efficient allocation and support oversight across the whole County. You will work closely with the Team Leaders across the service to ensure that mandatory training requirements for staff are allocated efficiently. Duties will also include responding to emergency and crisis situations to facilitate the safe delivery of a service to customers that may be at risk as part of a Wiltshire Council Response. The working pattern is as follows: Wednesday 12:30-16:30, Thursday 8:30-16:30 and Friday 8:30-16:00. We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to prioritise and organise their workload, coupled with previous experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Significant experience of supporting allocations in a care setting alongside experience of using Electronic Call monitoring System (ECMS) will be essential. You should be able to demonstrate an innovative and pro-active approach to work and a solid understanding of CQC regulations/ Key Lines of Enquiry. Why us?
