We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Tutor to join our team in Carterton, supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and PDA. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with SEN, we would love to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Assessing the individual needs of students with a variety of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and PDA. Planning, developing, and delivering a tailored scheme of work for each student to meet their specific learning requirements. Providing one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions that are engaging, interactive, and effective in supporting student progress. Monitoring student progress and adapting strategies as needed to ensure academic and personal growth. Working collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the student's education and wellbeing. Essential Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience working with students with special educational needs, particularly in the areas of ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and PDA. Strong ability to assess, plan, and deliver lessons tailored to individual needs. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to working with children and young people. Relevant qualifications in special educational needs or teaching (e.g. SEN teaching qualification or equivalent). Salary: £20-£30 per hour (depending on experience) All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
