Recruiter (6 WEEK FTC) Immediate start required London/hybrid £30,000 pro-rata Due to continued growth we are looking for an experienced Recruiter/Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a 6 week fixed term contract. Reporting into the Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our in-house recruitment team on an integral project for the business. What you will be doing: Reviewing and responding to candidates who have registered an interest in working for us Attempting to contact all candidates within 2 hours of application, following up with an email where necessary within 24 hours Effectively screening each candidate, running through the basic criteria for the role, and ensuring they have a full and comprehensive understanding of the role and its responsibilities Sending candidate profiles to the relevant Divisional Directors for interview Updating trackers internally to effectively monitor progress and successes/development opportunities Ensuring our database is updated consistently and all candidates are moved through the recruitment stages accordingly What we are looking for: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively Strong attention to detail The ability to manage high volume and work at pace Comfortable using new systems Proficient with MS Office What's in it for you?
