Are you passionate about delivering engaging education and inspiring young learners? Do you want to make a meaningful impact on students across the UK? If so, we invite you to join our team as a professional tutor.
About Us
We are a leading nationwide provider of alternative and supplementary education, working with schools and local authorities to support children from diverse backgrounds. We specialise in one-to-one and tailored small group tuition programmes, ensuring that every learner thrives through quality-assured teaching delivered by exceptional educators.
Role
We are currently seeking dedicated tutors to provide in-person support to learners in Worcester. If you are an experienced teacher or tutor with expertise in supporting KS3/KS4 students in core subjects, we would love to hear from you.
You will deliver daytime tuition to students who require additional academic support. Working either one-to-one or with small groups in schools or learners' homes, you will help improve their self-confidence and subject knowledge, fostering re-engagement with education. Flexible roles are available with between 5-25+ hours per week, depending on your availability and learner needs.
Our learners may have complex learning requirements, so experience supporting children with the following needs will be highly advantageous:

- Trauma-related challenges.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver inspiring lesson plans tailored to your learner's needs.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with guardians and school staff to support learner success.
- Maintain accurate session records and performance updates using our virtual learning platform.
What We Offer
- Competitive weekly pay through PAYE.
- Flexible roles to suit your availability, with the potential for full-time equivalent hours.
- Ongoing CPD training, including specialised insight into working with SEN learners.
- Support from a dedicated Tuition Consultant, matching you with suitable opportunities.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least six months of UK teaching or tutoring experience.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and a willingness to undergo a full DBS check, including registration with the DBS Update Service.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding children.
- Experience supporting students with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs is highly desirable.
