Avocet Recruitment is working alongside a highly regarded regional housing developer that requires a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Taunton.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answering customer care telephone line
2. Daily recording of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
3. Documentation tasks such as archiving, scanning and filing
4. Data entry and database upkeep
5. Preparing customer new home documentation boxes
6. Supporting work coordinator and manager with all general administrative tasks as required
7. More information about the day-to-day tasks will be explained during the interview and training period.
About you:
1. Recent experience or a keen interest in working within an office environment in an administrative role
2. Pleasant manner to build good working relationships across the team and with customers and subcontractors
3. Knowledge of Microsoft programmes; you will primarily be using Outlook, Word, Excel and the company COINS system, for which training will be provided.
