1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the multi-professional ACD team with regards to arranging appointments, the processing of clinical documentation, managing queries and data entry. 2. To deliver a high standard of customer care as a representative of the service and the overall Trusts objectives. 3. Support the collection and updating of specific service-related information and activity to ensure required Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are input in a timely fashion onto required systems. 4. Assist with non-clinical processes which need to be undertaken in order to support the ACD clinical teams and the overall service deliver quality patient care 5. Support maintenance of the service environment. Ensuring appropriate use of resources within the set budget guidelines and in conjunction with other members of the team, to be responsible for maintenance and repair of equipment. 6. Assist with the induction and day to day supervision of ACD facilitators/temporary staff. 7. In conjunction with other members of the ACD team support the service wide cover arrangements. To work in a flexible and open manner in line with the needs of the service. 8. To ensure that patient information is kept up to date, with relevant information available for patients. 9. Support the ACD team in collecting and process service related data.
