We are seeking a temporary admin assistant for our client in Wakefield. This role is a comprehensive administrative function designed to ensure efficient planning, installation, decommissioning, site support, and emergency breakdown management.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer the planning and logistics of installations, decommissioning, and emergency breakdown responses.
* Liaise with mobile engineers to resolve customer issues, or forward to the Regional Service Managers or branches depending on type of issue (i.e., customer related/breakdowns).
* Liaise with transport regarding install/dis-mantles within an agreed timely manner.
* Ensure all activities are compliant with the relevant safety, technical, and legal regulations, including accreditation requirements (e.g., CSCS, PASMA).
* Communicate closely with Technical Support on all installs/dismantles ensuring agreed work streams are reached.
* Always work in a manner that prioritises safety and adheres to the company's Health and Safety Policy.
Requirements
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in administration and resource management software.
* In-depth understanding of site-specific requirements and legal certifications (e.g., CSCS, PASMA).
* Experience handling customer queries and troubleshooting issues effectively.
* A strong understanding of Health and Safety protocols on construction sites.
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
