Partnering closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will create robust marketing plans, define budgets, and establish KPIs to drive ROI through effective TTL campaigns that harness both owned and paid media channels. Your ability to foster strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with external clients and agencies will be essential in aligning our efforts and maximising impact. What You'll do: Develop and Implement Strategic Marketing Plans - You will create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all B2C retail activities within Sodexo Live venues. This includes identifying target markets, setting objectives, and determining the right tactics to drive engagement and revenue. Coordinated Campaign Management - Plan and collaborate with agency and venue teams to execute impactful social media, PR, and e-marketing campaigns tailored to our B2C audience. Ensure that all marketing efforts are in complete alignment with the venue sales marketing team to maximise effectiveness and reach. Culinary Collaboration for Retail Success - Work closely with the culinary team to shape the retail food offerings at our venues. Together, we will innovate menus and promotions aimed at boosting revenue growth, increasing profitability, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Assess Customer Satisfaction - Implement and manage customer satisfaction measures across the B2C portfolio in our venues. Utilise feedback and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and track our progress in enhancing the customer experience. Campaign Planning, Execution, and Evaluation - Take ownership of planning, delivering, reporting on, and assessing the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns. Your insights will be pivotal in refining strategies and ensuring optimal results. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Engage with internal culinary and operations teams, as well as external partners, including agencies and vendors. You will also manage one direct report, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on all marketing initiatives. Brand Support and Major Event Activation - Support marketing initiatives for brands across the business as they pertain to B2C activities. Take the lead in planning and executing marketing activations for major events, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees. Drive Sales Growth and Performance Improvement - Work diligently to increase B2C sales and enhance performance metrics across all venues within Sodexo Live. Your efforts will focus on implementing strategies that yield tangible financial results.
